Step 5. Submitting your logo artwork for your branded USB flash drive
We do not need your artwork to prepare a simple quote, all we need are the number of colours in your logo. If you agree to proceed we will need your company logo and any additional text you would like us to add to your USB flash drives.

Artwork Type
In order to get the highest print quality on your USB flash drives please submit your artwork in Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or Photoshop (.eps) vector graphic files. We also need your Pantone® colour references to ensure we get an exact colour match for you.

Submitting company data to add to preload on your USB flash drives
Small files can be sent by email, larger files can be sent via Dropbox or similar files share services.
Step 6. Requesting a quote for a branded USB flash drive
Once you have browsed through our website and have an idea of which products and services you are interested in you can proceed to request a quote or by phoning 1-866-910-4110. We shall provide a detailed quote and virtual proof of your selected USB flash drive within 24 hours.
Step 7. Confirming your order
We shall provide a virtual proof for sign-off within 1 working day. If you have requested data to be loaded onto your branded USB flash drive we shall provide a screen grab of the content and / or a physical sample if time permits. After you receive the virtual proof and you confirm your approval we shall send you an Order Confirmation Form to sign and email or fax back. It‘s as easy as that!
Step 8. Delivery
Once production has been completed the USB’s flash drives are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Service. Rush delivery service is available for an extra fee.
